  • Magic 0xD0 + version. Do not index wonky "D" (0x44).
  • Tag freeze: only enforce what is whitelisted. Stub agent/pool/soul/contract tags cenotaph.
  • Version 0x03 compact launch-curve (83-byte OP_RETURN). 0x02 simple etches stay valid.
  • Two identity lanes: unique FCFS names on 0x02 (WHITE = THEWHITEDOGE / 6324238:6, not a launch ÐA); collidable display + ÐA lookup on 0x03 ÐLaunch.
  • Unique short names pay same-tx DOGE burn. ÐLaunch skips the burn.
  • Pools are DXD. Programmable is Ðalkanes.
